Guarantees

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except depletable or edible items for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with our products or we refuse to accept your money!

Return Policies

If you need to return something, please send an email to customersupport@mypopcornmachine.com within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return, you will then receive our email about the return information and address. We accept authorized returns within 14 days from receiving your order as long as the items are unused in the original packaging and in resellable condition.

Once we have received your item, we will provide the refund through cash back after deducting shipping cost incurred - a 10% restocking fee will be charged. If the item's packaging has been damaged and no longer in resellable condition, we will charge a 50% restocking fee. Refusing shipment of a purchase will also be considered returning an item.

If the shipment is damaged in transit the customer must call the carrier for an inspection within 24 to 48 hour, we have to receive the confirmation from the carrier in order to issue a return authorization or send out a replacement.

Please note that for product returns, do NOT return it to our mailing address or our warehouse address - please email us for a return authorization BEFORE returning us the item(s) or a refund will not be received.

Your satisfaction is not enough -- we insist that you be ecstatic with anything you order from My Popcorn Machine.

Refund Information

Once we have issued you a refund, the refund will take 3-5 business days to show up in your account. That is due to the processing time from merchant bank and it is something that is out of our control.

Warranty Information

Warranties of the products are provided by the manufacturer of the products, therefore the warranty period of each product varies. Please contact us at customersupport@mypopcornmachine.com to find out the specific warranty information of a particular product.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and even Paypal.

We now also accept bank checks (US only) or Money Order. In order to pay by these methods, please place your purchase items into the shopping cart, at the checkout page, choose the intended payment method under the dropdown menu of "payment method". And complete the checkout after filling in all other essential information. Once you have placed the order, please send the check or money order to the following address:

*Please note that it'll take around 4-5 business days for us to process and deposit your check or money order upon receiving it. Once it has been deposited, we'll ship out your item and the shipping time will be another 5-8 busienss days.

We currently do NOT accept purchase orders, but please contact us if you have an order >$1000.

Shipping Rate

Our Shipping rate base mainly on the weight of the item Please note that however we sometimes offer free shipping for selected items.

Delivery Time

Most domestic orders ship within 2-3 business days from when your order was placed. It will take another 4-8 business days for your item to arrive after they have been shipped. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

At the moment, we do NOT offer rush shipment.

In the case when an item is on backorder, we will notify you within 2 business days about the wait time and let you decide if you want to wait or a full refund for your order.

Domestic Shipping

My Popcorn Machine uses a combination of DHL, UPS, Fedex, or USPS for most shipping within the United States. We've found that they provide the best value and reliability for our customers. Please note that you cannot request which carrier to use for shipment, as it is determined internally depending on the item's weight and dimension.

Please note that we also offer international shipping and shipping to APO and FPO addresses.

International Shipping & APO, FPO Shipping

MyPopcornMachine.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our international customers and customers who want to ship their purchase to an APO or FPO address. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.

While our office is located in Houston, TX; our warehouse is actually in Traverse City, MI - thus we do not currently offer local pickup for purchases from our website.

We are a ecommerce & direct mailing only company and we do not currently have a brick & mortar store where we display our products.

Sales Tax

NO sales tax will be applied to orders where shipping & billing address are outside of Texas. Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Texas(7%).

NO sales tax will be applied to orders where shipping & billing address are outside of Texas. If you are a sales tax exempted organization in Texas, you will NOT need to pay sales tax when purchasing from MyPopcornMachine.com. Simply place an order with us through our secure shopping cart, and when you have placed and confirmed your order, email us at customersupport@mypopcornmachine.com with your sales exemption form. Once we have received it, we will reimburse your sales tax amount.

Shipment From Multiple Locations

For some of the products, they are shipped from multiple locations, thus you may receive part of your order first, and then others later. Upon receiving first part of your order, we recommend you can wait for a day or two before checking with us the status of the remaining part of your order.

Changing Information On An Order

Lost Order

If an order is lost during the shipment from the carrier to you, we will assist you to contact the carrier to track the package. We will however not be able to provide a refund for the lost order because it is out of our hand.
