This Gold Medal Mini Dogeroo Hot Dog Rotisserie 8108 which comes with a Bun Warmer, can hold 14 quarter pound hot dogs & 12 buns at once with a cooking time of 15-20 minutes. Its bun warmer is set over a water pan and it provides moist heat to help keep hot dogs in a bun or foil bag warm - or keep your buns warmed and fresh. This rotissrie come with a stainless steel cradle type hot dog wheel which provides the basting action that rolls the dogs resulting in more evenly cooked products with uniform color.

It is easy to disassemble this rotisserie and you can do it with no tools for quick cleanup. The employee side is designed to be open for quick and easy access for the operator.
