At Your Service Flags are a unique touch, perfect for your poolside or beach bar. These flags simply attach to the back of your guests chair and when they are ready for service, they put the flag in the up position. Once your guest has been served, the flags fold down signifying they are all set.
Similar to the colored card system used at many Brazilian churrascaria, the At Your Service flags are a fun, interactive element for your bar or lounge. You can have top bartenders, a beautifully maintained pool and sunny skies, but to many visitors it's the little touches that come up when they describe the poolside lounge at your resort. You'll be amazed how many guests walk away describing the order methodology to their friends as opposed to the drinks themselves.
Also, they are a great aide to your staff. Poolside or resort type bars are different from many others in that guest spend a significant amount of time lounging as opposed to just drinking. Therefore, its often difficult for your wait sta to determine when a guest needs service. And with dark sunglasses on, most patrons don't realize making eye contact with the bartender or waiter wont help get them service. So no more guessing at when your customers are ready for another drink, just look for the flag.
The At Your Service Flags are available in a 20 unit started kit. The kit as well contains 20 standard 1" diameter clamps, which will fit on the metal tubing used for most lounge chairs. We as well have other clamp sizes available if needed. Custom colors and even imprinting are available on orders of 100 or more units.
